The hotel was pretty and clean, but the room was too small for two adults and a baby, and the sound from the restaurant on the 5th floor disturbed our sleep in the morning.
The hotel offers clean and decent-sized rooms with a small fridge, perfect for a twin room stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the location can be a bit challenging to find at first. The dining experience is delightful with a good buffet selection, and the hotel's facilities are convenient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the Old City and with a beautiful view. The rooms, although not soundproof, were immaculately clean, but lacking natural light and had maintenance issues like leaking water from the shower glass. The service was excellent, with helpful and polite staff, quick responses to requests, and talented pastry preparation. Dining offers a good experience with varied options and a nice city view on the terrace. The facilities are well-kept and pleasant.
